Shipping policy
Touch by Africa takes special care when packaging your order. We clearly label products as fragile when glass is included and use protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
If however, your pack is delivered damaged due to handling and travel, if possible you may choose not to accept the obviously damaged goods, if accepted by a third party in your absence, provide us with photographs of both the packaging, clearly indicating the damage and fragile stickers where applicable to packaging, as well as the products damaged in transit.
Should it become clear that the pack was damaged by the courier service, we will endeavour to resolve the matter on your behalf, replace damaged goods as soon as possible at no cost to you.
Your goods are not in sured, unless specifically requested and is ordered for delivery at your own risk. Goods stolen or lost are not covered and is ordered and paid for at your own risk.
